So, you have broken up with your ex and you are now trying hard to win back your ex. Maybe you have a question in your mind now. Can a letter really help you win your ex back?
Well, it depends on the situation of course. But a letter can be really effective when compared to a text message or an email. In today Internet age where people can easily contact each other with text messages and emails, it is probably quite rare for people to write letters now. Therefore, in order to show your sincerity, it is best to send your ex a hand written letter.
So, what should you write in the letter? Well, first, you need to show your ex that you are alright with the break up. The idea here is that you want to be calm and cool. You might think that is crazy but it is important that you do not act like you are desperate.
This is all about psychology. Also, if you have done something wrong, just briefly apologize but you should not be harping about it. The next thing you want to say is that something great is happening in your life and you are more than happy to share the details with your ex the next time you meet.
Then, you also want to let your ex know that you respect his or her space. You understand that he/she needs some time for himself/herself.
Next, you want to let your ex know that you still treat him or her as friend. Remember, be calm and cool throughout. Don’t sound needy or desperate. Very important! Be calm and cool.
