If you notice that your ex is all of a sudden showing that they are interested in going out and spending more time with you, and further your seeing some subtle flirtations coming your way; then it’s perfectly normal to be optimistic, but caution is in order to avoid jumping to the wrong conclusion. If things similar to these are happening, you may be thinking that, my ex wants to get back with me"?
Signs like these certainly lend reason for optimism that yes, my ex wants me back. However, it’s in your best interest to not quickly jump back into the relationship, if that’s what your plan is at least. You should play it smart and use the old adage of playing hard to get… in moderation of course. This will very likely cement the notion that what you’ve been thinking is correct, "my ex wants to get back with me". But you see, if you immediately jump right back into things you may find your ex pushes you back, thus sending very mixed feelings. This is likely what led to getting that renewed attention in the first place.
For the most part, when he or she breaks up with you or you break up them, it’s very common on both sides to have feelings of missing one another and of course wanting to get back together again. This is especially the case when the relationship lasted more than a year. You and your ex are missing each other because of the many memories you shared together as well as the experiences you went though together. Of course there will also be other emotions associated with the past too, including feelings of regret. There are times that an ex will show interest again after a breakup, but the reasons for it may not be genuine. That’s why it’s important for you to understand whether their motives are genuine, in that they really are interested in spending time with you again. It’s possible that their motives aren’t pure and they just want to pass the time because they have no other prospects to pursue at this point in time. What’s worse, they may see this as an opportunity to get back at you for some past transgression they feel happened to them. This is why its very important to not immediately jump right back into the relationship at the first signs of reconciliation, but to focus on understanding the situation before acting on it.
This kind is situation is very common and it leads people to ask themselves, " I think my ex wants me back again", but the fact of the matter is, you should first get a feel for the whole situation and not act on emotion. You see, if your ex wants to get back with you, then playing hard to get is going to allow you to gauge the situation, size it up if you will and see what the real story is. This will serve as a protection for you especially if your ex wasn’t serious about getting back together again. Get your ex back in this situation may not be the right decision.

What I Learned On How To Get My Husband Back
My marriage was going great, and we were both so happy…or so I thought. It was the day my daughter left to college that my husband came up to me and said, "Love, I think we need a break". I was stunned! But I knew a divorce was going to come next. So before it happened, I went on mission trying to figure out how to get my husband back.
As I search for help, these are some of the lessons I learned:
As much as I had strong feelings for him and was desperate to figure out how to win my husband back, I realized that I needed to keep my dignity and not put him in the driver’s position. I was not willing to be the one begging him to reconsider, but I wanted to show him that he was the loser in this crazy mess of a separation, not me.
As you figure out how to get husband back, and you notice he still has feelings for you, then try start up a conversation with him. But keep it casual and avoid getting too emotional, because you want him to feel he has enough space and time to think about the situation. So if you plan on contacting him by phone, email or text message, then keep it brief in reminding him what he is missing out on, without smothering him.
And if you play your cards right, he may start showing some more interest in you, giving you the opportunity to remind him of the fond memories you share. In figuring out how to get my husband back, I did not talk about the any of the bad times we had, or about any hard feelings I had towards him. If I had, it would have given him a good reason to finalize the divorce.
If your husband does not seem to think much of all those happy times together, then it indicate to two things: Either he is not ready to rekindle the marriage, in which case you should give him all the space he needs, or he has started to move on already. But if those memories make him open up to you and get him interested then, bring up more of them and reinforce the fact that your marriage is what he needs, until you are certain how to win your husband back.
It was only once he had opened up to me, did I tell my husband how I felt about losing him. Seeing how to win my husband back, getting back together, I let my guard down and opened up to him, but without coming across as weak, needy, or desperate. When your husband drops hints of fixing the marriage, you should tell him how you feel, and then see how he reacts. If his body language is not positive, then lay off on getting too emotional and rather wait for him to open up to you.
When I went through a separation and faced divorce, these are some of the lessons I learned in figuring out how to get my husband back. If your husband is about to leave you, then I suggest you come of these things out, and seek expert advice if you need more help. But the idea is never give up hope, stay strong, work out your differences, and see divorce as the last resort.
